Met with the Social Worker :)

We met with the social worker today that will be teaching us the Deciding Together classes. She told us it is possible they may be able to do the homestudy while we take the classes. This is so exciting because that means we may be able to get the homestudy done BEFORE alan deploys! She gave us a list of some classes we need to take as well as some things we should take care of before we get the licensing done. She told us though that by April or May we should have a child in our home. That does not mean though the adoption would be finalized then. She told us about a few websites we could go to to look at photolistings for children up for adoption.

The next steps are completing the class, possibly starting the homestudy and taking the classes she told us about today.
